‍Initial Login Link

When you experience a COBRA-qualifying event (such as a termination), Kept will send an initial email to you with a unique, secure link to access your account. This email will be sent to the personal email on file with your Benefit Administration system. Using that link, you can complete your initial login and verify your identify. This link will expire after a period of time, so make sure you setup a login and password for future logins.

No Link Received

If you've experienced a COBRA-qualifying event but haven't yet received communication from Kept, it could be for a few reasons. Emails with COBRA information are sent after the event occurs to the personal email on file.

• If your termination or COBRA event is in the future and you'd like your information early, please let your HR know and they can reach out to the Kept team.
• If there's no personal email on file in your Benefits Administration system, you won't receive your email. Please reach out to cobra@kept.io and we can update your account and send your information to the appropriate email.

If you don't have an account already, you can create one by going to app.kept.io/login and selecting "Create an account", but keep in mind if the email you use isn't connected to the account information we received from your employer, it may not contain all the correct information.

"Expired Link" Message

If you encounter an "Expired Link" error while trying to log in, please follow these steps to regain access:

• Open a new Incognito or Private browser window.
• Navigate to app.kept.io/login.
• Select "Reset Password" and enter the email address where you received your original invitation.
• Follow the instructions in the password reset email to set up your account.
