Setup COBRA payments

Kept makes it easy to pay for your COBRA coverage!

Login to your account and select “Set up payments” on your dashboard. If you haven't logged in before, you can do so using the link in your email sent to you by Kept.

From there, you’ll navigate through the setup to attach your bank account information. Please note that we don't accept use of credit cards at this time, so you'll have to use a bank account to ACH funds.

We generate next month's bill on the 14th of each month, and folks on auto-pay will get charged right away. For each payment it’ll take 2-3 days for the funds to fully transfer and your bill to register as paid.

If your employer offers a subsidy for your coverage you won’t need to setup your payment information until your subsidy runs out.

We don’t submit your enrollments to the carriers until we receive confirmation of your first payment, so if you have urgent need for your coverage we recommend both enrolling and setting up payment as early as possible!
