What if I miss a payment?
COBRA enrollees get a 30 day grace period after the payment due date to pay their bill. However, we recommend you set up auto-pay for your COBRA coverage. That way, Kept will ACH your payments each month so you don’t have to worry about remembering to submit your payments. In the event you forget to pay your bill you’ll have that one month grace period and we’ll send you an email to let you know.
Once you’ve hit the end of your grace period, your coverage will terminate automatically and you’ll lose your chance at COBRA for future months.
